2013 Authentic Oil Paintings from China

Authenticity is generally seen as one of the major aspects of 'real' art.
In this project I have studied the question of authenticity.

- With MaxMSP I created a software program that in an unrepeatable process mixes digital 3 images and
the input of the camera of my computer into a fully authentic new image.

- The unique digital image that I created in that way, has after that been painted with oil paint on canvas
twice in China.

Two very similar paintings are the result of this process in which my own contribution is not required.
